Raw Food workshop with Annika Mickos
Hop on the trend – Raw food is all about healthy foods that are tasty, fresh and rich in vitamins. You will learn some tips and tricks on how to prepare raw food and raw sweets so that you can experiment more on your own. During the workshop we will prepare a soup, a main course and desserts.

Yoga with Ada Blomqvist
Would you like to experience yoga and get to know the purpose behind it? We will introduce the basics of the practice of yoga, it’s philosophy and purpose and it’s whole notion. The course will begin with an introduction to yoga, continue with practices and end with a deep relaxation practice. The practice is both vitalizing and relaxing and is suitable for both beginners and someone more experienced. Comfortable clothing is needed.

Not only athletes need to be mentally strong when they perform. All performances in life are equally important, both large and small. We are challenged at work, at home, in our free-time and in our relationships. The lecture will give you practical advice and tools that are useful in everyday life challenges.
