1. “Healing Your Life” with Stela Dimitrova, 5pm – 5.30pm
You make plans and set goals and yet, still run into unpredictable situations in life. The reality is that we were born with a lot of decisions already made for us: your family, your education, your community, your socio-economic status, etc. There are so many things beyond our control. We are all given something – a talent, a purpose. Do you know what yours is? Are you wasting it? Do you know what you need or want to do while you’re here? Are you only reacting to life? Don’t let life happen to you. You can heal your life with the power of your mind. Find your inner wisdom with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.
2. ”How to use mental training as a resource in everyday life” with Jenny Sinisalo 5.30pm – 7pm
Today many of us strive to be “physically fit” but what about our mental strength? What does it mean to be “mentally fit” and how can you train your mental strength? Not only athletes need to be mentally strong when they perform. All performances in life are equally important, both large and small. We are challenged at work, at home, in our free-time and in our relationships. The lecture will give you practical advice and tools that are useful in everyday life challenges.
