Hankkeen tavoitteena on ker\u00e4t\u00e4 tietoa mentorointiohjelmien vaikutuksesta maahanmuuttajanaisten ty\u00f6llistymiseen ja koulutusmahdollisuuksiin Suomessa, Tanskassa ja Norjassa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tutkimustulosten tarkoituksena on tuoda esiin parhaita k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 maahanmuuttajien mentoroinnissa, kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 kotouttamistoimia Pohjoismaissa ja analysoida, miten kolmannen sektorin ja viranomaisten v\u00e4lisell\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6ll\u00e4 voidaan tukea maahanmuuttajanaisia saamaan jalansijaa ty\u00f6markkinoilla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kes\u00e4kuun 1. p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 Luckan, <a href=\"https:\/\/kvinfo.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Kvinfo<\/a> ja <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sammenomenjobb.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Sammen om en jobb (SAJO)<\/a> pidettiin ensimm\u00e4inen fyysinen kokous K\u00f6\u00f6penhaminassa. K\u00e4vimme yhdess\u00e4 l\u00e4pi projektin p\u00e4\u00e4piirteet, odotuksemme ja tutkimussuunnitelman sek\u00e4 pohdimme samalla pohjoismaista konferenssia, joka seuraa raportin julkaisemista kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luckan <a href=\"https:\/\/integration.luckan.fi\/mentoring-networking\/fika\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">mentorointiohjelma FIKA<\/a> on toiminut jo yli 11 vuotta, ja vaikka sen muoto ja rahoitus ovat muuttuneet vuosien varrella, se houkuttelee nyt enemm\u00e4n osallistujia kuin koskaan!
