Vertailevassa analyysiss\u00e4 tarkastellaan maahanmuuttajanaisille suunnattuja ty\u00f6nohjausmalleja, joiden tavoitteena on vahvistaa heid\u00e4n asemaansa ty\u00f6markkinoilla, koulutuksessa ja muilla el\u00e4m\u00e4nalueilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raportin t\u00e4rkein p\u00e4\u00e4telm\u00e4 on, ett\u00e4 maahanmuuttajien mentoroinnilla on useita etuja.
