Mentoring for professional life: Through programmes such as JobBuddies, you are matched with working professionals who help you understand and access the local labour market.
Networking and social programs: Expand your social network and practise your Swedish through FIKA, or join CIRKELN to meet others, for example those integrating in Swedish Finland.
Swedish Language Cafés: Practice Swedish and meet other people integrating in Swedish through our language cafés. These are informal, relaxed spaces where you can improve your Swedish while making friends and learning about Finnish culture.

A strategy for integration in Swedish
Our vision is to improve integration in Swedish so that recently arrived adults, children, and young people have the possibility to integrate in Swedish in a way that suits them. In 2021, we published a strategy outlining how to achieve this vision. To strengthen Swedish language integration there is a need for cooperation between authorities and third sector organisations like Luckan. It also continues to be essential to listen to the voice of immigrants and include them in the development work.
