Individuell vägledning: Receive personal advice on everything from job hunting to dealing with authorities or finding the right language course for you. We offer guidance in several languages, including Swedish, English and Finnish.

Mentorskap för yrkeslivet: Genom program som JobBuddies, ... får du kontakt med yrkesverksamma som hjälper dig att förstå och ta dig in på den lokala arbetsmarknaden.
Nätverks- och sociala aktiviteter: Expand your social network and practise your Swedish through FIKA, or join CIRKELN to meet others, for example those integrating in Swedish Finland.
Svenska språkcaféer: Practice Swedish and meet other people integrating in Swedish through our language cafés. These are informal, relaxed spaces where you can improve your Swedish while making friends and learning about Finnish culture.

En strategi för integration på svenska
Our vision is to improve integration in Swedish so that recently arrived adults, children, and young people have the possibility to integrate in Swedish in a way that suits them. In 2021, we published a strategy outlining how to achieve this vision. To strengthen Swedish language integration there is a need for cooperation between authorities and third sector organisations like Luckan. It also continues to be essential to listen to the voice of immigrants and include them in the development work.
