On September 3rd, we gathered to celebrate the FIKA mentorship program Spring 2025 cohort. It was such a joy to welcome our participants, who spent the past six months learning and growing together, as well as new friends curious about mentorship.
The highlight of the event was hearing the stories from our participants. Many shared openly about the challenges they faced, the lessons they learned, and the achievements they are proud of. Their journeys showed the true value of mentorship connection, growth, and support.
We also enjoyed interactive activities that sparked laughter, fun, and new networking opportunities. The warm and supportive energy in the room truly reflected the spirit of the FIKA mentorship program.
